Mountainhome UMC Building Use Request

The Mountainhome UMC has supported community groups wishing to use our buildings and parking lot. In an effort to best serve our church and support our community we have developed new guidelines requiring a formal request for the use of our facilities.

We ask you submit the form as soon as your event or trip is planned (before advertising) to ensure that there is no conflict with other events on the Mountainhome UMC calendar.

Should there an unexpected need of the building/parking lot by the Mountainhome UMC on the date of your scheduled event the contact person will be notified immediately.

Those renting Ministry Center are responsible for set up, take down and removal of trash from premises.

Request for Parking Lot Use

You are responsible to inform all members of your group that the Mountainhome UMC is not responsible for loss of personal property or damage to vehicles left on our premises.

In case of winter weather, the parking lot may not be plowed or cindered by the time you leave or return.
